Supervisor, Brand & Franchise
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand positioning strategies; ensure compliance with visual identity and communication standards.
Oversee franchise projects and enforce adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze competitors and adapt brand strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with external design and marketing agencies.
Requirements:
Higher education in marketing, PR, or brand management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in brand or franchise management in B2C (preferably in aviation).
Understanding of customer experience specifics in low-cost carriers (LCC).
Creativity and experience in visual branding.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
