Head of Distribution, Offline & Onboard Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners.
Develop offline sales strategies and oversee onboard product offerings (duty-free, ancillary services).
Organize training for sales agents, analyze channel performance, and propose improvement measures.
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in commerce, logistics, or aviation).
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, agency, or corporate sales.
Knowledge of BSP, NDC, and aviation distribution principles.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing client databases.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
