Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/communications (preferably in aviation, tourism, or service industries);
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline);
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (targeted advertising, e-mail marketing, SEO/SEM);
- Ability to work with data and analytics: market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis;
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate
- Advanced skills in Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with advertising/analytics platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Yandex);
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations;
- Plan, develop, and launch marketing campaigns to promote flights, sales, and new destinations;
- Create media plans and coordinate advertising placements (online and offline);
- Manage cooperation with external agencies, media partners, and digital platforms;
- Develop creative proposals to attract new passengers and strengthen customer loyalty;
- Analyze campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CPA) and optimize advertising spend;
- Support social media marketing, e-mail campaigns, and other digital activities;
- Contribute to brand strategy development and ensure its implementation across the airline’s communications.
