Head of Distribution & Online Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Develop digital sales channels (website, mobile app, GDS) and ensure the stability of online booking and payment systems.
Implement e-commerce tools, enhance UX/UI, analyze customer behavior, and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to launch promotions and system integrations.
Requirements:
Higher education in IT, e-commerce, or marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales.
Knowledge of GDS, API, web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.), CMS, and CRM systems.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
