Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s technical library and aviation documentation systems.
Monitor, distribute, and update technical publications, manuals, and revisions from aircraft and component manufacturers.
Administer access to manufacturer portals and technical information platforms.
Ensure all technical documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Maintain, review, and archive aircraft maintenance records and technical documentation.
Process and update maintenance records within computerized maintenance management systems.
Support continuing airworthiness activities through accurate record keeping and document control.
Generate reports and provide technical records and documentation upon authorized request.
Coordinate documentation-related activities with CAMO, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, and other departments.
Support departmental administrative processes, including procurement requests, contracts, and payment documentation.
Requirements
Higher or secondary technical education in Aviation or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO), maintenance records, technical documentation, or a similar aviation environment.
Knowledge of aviation regulations related to continuing airworthiness and maintenance.
Familiarity with EASA regulations (Part-M, Part-145, Part-66) is an advantage.
Understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and record-keeping processes.
Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF tools.
Intermediate or higher level of English.
