Job Description
Your Mission:
Lead and coordinate all ground handling activities at the station to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that meet company and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, plan, and organize daily ground operations for flights and passengers.
Manage and schedule station staff, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
Oversee service quality and flight punctuality; act quickly to resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with handling agents, airport authorities, and internal teams.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct briefings, audits, and on-the-job training for station personnel.
Requirements:
Higher education (university degree).
Minimum 2 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in aviation.
English level: Intermediate or above.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
