Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate technical training programs for engineering personnel
Organize initial, recurrent, and qualification trainings
Maintain training schedules and employee training records
Coordinate with training providers, instructors, and internal departments
Prepare training documentation, certificates, and reports
Support license and certification validity tracking
Arrange business trips, hotels, and tickets for training activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations
Requirements:
Higher or technical education in Aviation or related field
Minimum 3 years of work experience
At least 1 year of experience in civil aviation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of aviation training requirements and standards
Experience with training coordination and documentation is an advantage
Intermediate English level or higher
Good knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages
