Job Description
Qualifications:
Higher education in infrastructure management, construction, aviation, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in airport infrastructure or the aviation industry.
Knowledge of regulatory acts in the field of aviation infrastructure.
Experience in negotiations with airports, contract negotiation, and implementation.
Ability to analyze airport infrastructure needs and plan its development in line with airline requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring and optimizing the airline‘s infrastructure, including check-in areas, office spaces, and crew training centers.
Developing and maintaining infrastructure to ensure the airline‘s operational efficiency.
Negotiating with airports to secure necessary slots and establish long-term cooperation.
Ensuring that agreements with airports and infrastructure facilities meet the airline‘s fleet growth requirements.
Collaborating with government and private partners for the development and optimization of airport infrastructure.
Overseeing the development of infrastructure facilities and ensuring their compliance with operational requirements of the airline.
Supporting the development of air services by negotiating and managing bilateral air service agreements.
Managing and expanding bilateral air routes, ensuring compliance with international aviation regulations and promoting route growth to meet the airline‘s strategic goals.
Collaborating with aviation regulators and international partners to facilitate the development of new air routes and improve connectivity between countries.
