Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily line maintenance operations
Ensure aircraft airworthiness and timely defect rectification
Oversee compliance with regulatory and company procedures
Coordinate maintenance planning and operational support
Manage safety risks and implement safety policies
Ensure availability of qualified personnel, tools, and equipment
Supervise documentation, certification, and traceability of maintenance actions
Oversee stores inspection and material control
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations departments
Implement directives issued by the Technical Director
Requirements:
Professional aviation technical education
Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) category B1 or B2
DHC 8‑402 (Q400) type rating endorsed on license
Minimum 10 years aircraft maintenance experience
Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in maintenance or airworthiness
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory requirements
Professional training in aviation maintenance or airworthiness
Good command of written and spoken English
