Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Department Director, develop and continuously improve the airworthiness compliance monitoring program to ensure alignment with the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of civil aviation, the Company’s standards, and international standards of IATA (IOSA) and ICAO.

Ensure the development and maintenance of documentation related to airworthiness compliance monitoring, aircraft maintenance programs, and their ongoing compliance with the Company’s requirements, regulatory requirements, and the requirements of aircraft and component manufacturers.

Incorporate human factors into the development, implementation, and verification of procedures and processes related to maintaining aircraft airworthiness.

Develop an annual audit program covering internal and external airworthiness audits to ensure regular compliance checks.

Maintain own qualification through regular training and additional training when necessary.

Ensure the implementation of IOSA requirements, as well as national and international regulatory standards in the field of airworthiness compliance.

Conduct internal audits in preparation for the IOSA audit in the area of airworthiness.

Provide regular reports to the Department Director on compliance with airworthiness standards.

Liaise with operational department heads to ensure effective execution of airworthiness maintenance processes and procedures.

Manage the process of timely notification of non-conformities identified during audits, communicate relevant information to responsible parties, coordinate and control the implementation of effective corrective actions, and ensure closure of findings.

Assess the potential impact of oversight results, other external audits, and IOSA audits on the Company’s operations, and take necessary actions to implement effective risk mitigation measures.

Maintain databases related to airworthiness compliance monitoring.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil aviation

Higher education

Internal Auditor Certificate (QMS or Aviation Auditor)

Certificate in Quality Management Systems
