Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drives improvement across customer touch points in airports.
  • Ensures efficiency improvements at ground services level.
  • Leads transformation of ancillary strategies and their implementation in ground services.
  • Ensures performance management of below- and above-the-wing KPIs for the ground services department.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Higher education in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ground operations or airport services.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ground handling operations and key airport customer service touchpoints.
