First Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with pre-flight rest requirements and monitor the work/rest schedule of crew members during duty travel.
Accurately assess meteorological and aeronautical conditions when making decisions before and during flight in accordance with the Civil Aviation Flight Operations Regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 509 (PPP GA RK).
Monitor aircraft condition and readiness, proper loading, distribution, and secure fastening of cargo in compliance with the Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM) and standard crew operating procedures.
Know and comply with situational awareness rules, standard radio phraseology, and radio communication procedures.
Comply with and enforce uniform dress code requirements for subordinates.
Fulfill all flight crew duties as outlined in Operations Manual Part A (OM-A).
Perform flight-related duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as described in Operations Manual Part B (OM-B).
Promptly inform the Captain of any events or occurrences that have had or may have a negative impact on flight safety.
Demonstrate proficiency in piloting and navigation techniques to ensure flight safety.
Maintain high personal standards of discipline and conduct.
Continuously strive to improve personal performance across all competencies.
Perform administrative duties as required.
Act as Pilot-in-Command if needed in the event the Captain becomes incapacitated.
Carry out any other tasks necessary to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the flight as directed by the Captain.
Maintain required knowledge of applicable sections of the AFM necessary to fulfill assigned duties.
Requirements:
Aviation education (Pilot-Engineer degree).
Professional knowledge and experience in accordance with ICAO and Civil Aviation Committee requirements.
Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ATPL(A) theory.
ICAO English language proficiency level 4 or higher.
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the Captain as outlined in OM-A 1.4.
Minimum total flight time: 250 hours.
