Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and Meeting Coordination: Manage calendars and plan meetings across time zones and leadership priorities.

Internal and External Communication Support: Prepare presentations, letters, and reports in Russian, English, and Kazakh; liaise with internal departments and external partners.

Travel and Event Organization: Arrange flights, accommodation, and logistics for business trips; provide support at key events.

Task Follow-Up: Track deadlines and monitor the status of assignments delegated by executives to employees, departments, or external parties.

Administrative Support to Executives: Prepare working materials, manage business correspondence and document flow, and assist in preparing for strategic sessions, negotiations, and public appearances.

Requirements:

Higher education

English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the aviation industry
