Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and continuously update the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable aviation regulations.

Monitor maintenance requirements, revisions, Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and other technical publications affecting the AMP.

Ensure the availability of current maintenance tasks and work cards for aircraft and engine maintenance.

Plan and coordinate long-term and short-term aircraft maintenance activities, including scheduled and base maintenance.

Prepare maintenance work scopes and determine aircraft maintenance due dates in accordance with the approved AMP.

Maintain accurate maintenance planning data in the computerized maintenance management system.

Coordinate AMP revisions and approvals with relevant company personnel and aviation authorities.

Monitor compliance of maintenance activities with the approved AMP.

Work closely with CAMO, Maintenance, Logistics, OCC, Procurement, and other relevant departments.

Support technical projects and provide planning-related analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:

Higher technical education and/or secondary technical education with relevant professional experience, preferably in aviation.

Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO) or a related airworthiness function.

Knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning and Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP).

Good understanding of EASA regulations, particularly Parts M, 145, and 66, and relevant ICAO requirements.

Knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation, including MRM, MPD, AD, SB, SL, STC, AMM, and CMM.

Practical knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and computerized maintenance management systems.

Understanding of aircraft structure, engines, systems, and technical publications is preferred.

Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes is an advantage.

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
