Responsibilities:

Oversees and organizes the pilot training process

Develops training programs, modules, and materials

Coordinates with the authorized civil aviation authority on pilot and cabin crew training matters

Conducts flight operations

Qualification Requirements:

Higher education in aviation or equivalent experience in civil aviation

Possession of a line pilot certificate with a TRI(A) pilot instructor rating.

Total work experience: at least 7 years

At least 5 years in the field of civil aviation

At least 3 years in managerial positions

Knowledge of international standards and recommended practices in civil aviation (ICAO, IATA, EASA)

English language proficiency at Intermediate level
