Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer leads all revenue-generating functions of the airline, including network planning, sales, marketing, pricing, distribution, cargo, and partnerships. Responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, the CCO drives growth by optimizing routes, building strategic alliances, and ensuring competitive positioning in the market. With a focus on profitability and customer engagement, this role balances data-driven decision-making with innovative approaches to maximize both revenue and brand value.
-Extensive Airline Commercial Experience
Minimum 15+ years in senior commercial roles within the airline industry, with at least 5 years in a CCO or equivalent leadership position (preferred).
-Proven Revenue Optimization Expertise
Track record in driving sustainable revenue growth through advanced pricing, revenue management, and ancillary revenue strategies tailored to the low-cost carrier model.
-Network & Fleet Utilization Leadership
Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-utilization route networks, optimizing aircraft productivity, load factors, and market competitiveness.
-Strategic Sales & Distribution Acumen
Strong background in developing cost-effective distribution channels, including direct online platforms, OTAs, GDS participation, and strategic partnerships.

Data-driven leader with advanced analytical skills, complemented by the ability to build and sustain partnerships with airports, regulators, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence.
