What You’ll Do

Operate B737 aircraft in scheduled passenger service as Captain (Pilot-in-Command)

Ensure the highest standards of flight safety, compliance, and professionalism

Lead and mentor a two-person cockpit crew, fostering a strong culture of cooperation and trust

Participate actively in our training, checks, and upgrade programs

Collaborate with other departments (operations, dispatch, cabin crew) to deliver punctual and efficient service

What We’re Looking For

License & Ratings: Valid ATPL, current type rating on B737

Experience: Minimum 3,000 flight hours

Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate

Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher

Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

High level of professionalism, integrity, and safety mindset

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends
