Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain accounting records in an aviation company in compliance with RK legislation and internal standards
Handle accounting for aviation-related operations (services, inventory, settlements with counterparties, including aviation expenses and spare parts where applicable)
Process and control primary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare data for financial and tax reporting
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Operations)
Contribute to the automation and optimization of accounting processes
Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data in a dynamic operational environment
Requirements
Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (candidates of different levels are considered)
Knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Proficiency in Excel and 1C (or similar accounting systems)
Experience in aviation, logistics, or large organizations is an advantage
Knowledge of IFRS is a plus
Strong attention to detail, high level of responsibility, and ability to work with large volumes of data
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
