Job Description
Responsibilities:

Monitoring and controlling the daily schedule of crew members after roster publication, in accordance with the Operational Manual, Part-A, Section 7 and the Crew Control Manual.

Creating duty routes for crews after the roster is published.

Reviewing ferry flights required for aircraft maintenance after the publication of flight schedules (for both flight and cabin crew).

Coordinating with flight and cabin crew on all operational matters.

Controlling flight documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Arranging transportation for crews as required.

Organizing hotel accommodation for crew members during layovers and rest periods.
Requirements:

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).

Total work experience — at least 2 years.

At least 1 year of experience in a relevant professional field or in areas related to the functional duties of the position.

Knowledge of civil aviation documentation.

Understanding of crew duty time and rest regulations for civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

English language proficiency at Intermediate level.
