Responsibilities:

• Oversees and organizes the pilot training process

• Develops training programs, modules, and materials

• Coordinates with the authorized civil aviation authority on pilot and cabin crew training matters

• Conducts flight operations

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in aviation or equivalent experience in civil aviation

• Total work experience: at least 7 years

• At least 5 years in the field of civil aviation

• At least 3 years in managerial positions

• Knowledge of international standards and recommended practices in civil aviation (ICAO, IATA, EASA)

• English language proficiency at Intermediate level
