Job Description
Responsibilities:

Organize and oversee the provision of services for passenger, baggage, cargo, mail, and aircraft handling (hereinafter – flight handling) aimed at ensuring flight safety and aviation security, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring compliance with Company requirements, international standards, and the requirements of the relevant authorities, within the scope of the Department.

Review service completion certificates to ensure they match the actual services provided by suppliers; prepare Payment Authorization Sheets (PAS).

Monitor station operations: track delays, identify causes, and take or recommend corrective actions, when necessary, in cooperation with handling companies, to improve flight punctuality performance. Prepare and send official/commercial correspondence, as well as supplies needed for flight handling in accordance with ground handling rules.

Take prompt action in the event of delays or cancellations, organizing services for passengers as required by national regulations and airline policies.
Requirements:

Secondary specialized or higher education

Minimum total work experience – 3 years, including at least 2 years in the professional field or in areas corresponding to the functional responsibilities of the position

English proficiency at Intermediate level or above
